Olokoi whipped feta dip

When the Pacific Islands meet Mediterranean cuisine, all you can expect is greatness. I never thought to combine feta as a dip with Olokoi and I am so glad I did. This recipe is bold, delicious and full of depth. 

Ingredients

  • 8oz block (or crumble) of feta 
  • 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt (I used 2% fat)
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 to 1.5 tbl of Olokoi
  • 2.5 tbl olive oil

Directions

In a food processor, add all ingredients and blend away until it gets to the consistency that you like.

Serving suggestions

  • As a dip for veggies, crackers, pita, and so on
  • As a spread on a sandwich
  • As a dip for grilled meats
