Sesame furikake cabbage slaw

This is a super easy slaw, inspired by Justin Sullivan from Food56. I wish I didn't wait so long to make this, because it is way too yummy! I know this will pair well with fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and so on. Legit!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted and blended
  • 1/2 cup of mayo
  • 1/4 cup of Olokoi sauce
  • 1 tbl of rice wine vinegar
  • A pinch of salt

Directions

Mix the sesame seeds, mayo, Olokoi, vinegar, and salt together. Adjust as needed. Add to the thinly sliced cabbage, mix and enjoy! Just like all slaw recipes, this will get better the longer you let it rest.
