Tuna salad

My family loves tuna salad. It’s quick, simple and is even better the next day. I make our tuna salad a little different, obviously lol. I add Olokoi and fresh lemon to give it a brighter flavor. I’m just going to toot my own horn here and say it’s the best. We’re also big on texture so I had loads of celery and red onion. The crunch, the acid, the tuna, all the flavors combined is just perfect.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of tuna in water or oil, your preference!
  • 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of kewpie mayo
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1-2 tbl Olokoi
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Drain tuna.
  2. Add everything to a big bowl and mix.
  3. Adjust the flavors as you need with more mayo, Olokoi, lemon, or salt.

Enjoy!
