Tuna salad
Share
My family loves tuna salad. It’s quick, simple and is even better the next day. I make our tuna salad a little different, obviously lol. I add Olokoi and fresh lemon to give it a brighter flavor. I’m just going to toot my own horn here and say it’s the best. We’re also big on texture so I had loads of celery and red onion. The crunch, the acid, the tuna, all the flavors combined is just perfect.
Ingredients
- 3 cans of tuna in water or oil, your preference!
- 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of kewpie mayo
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1-2 tbl Olokoi
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Drain tuna.
- Add everything to a big bowl and mix.
- Adjust the flavors as you need with more mayo, Olokoi, lemon, or salt.
Enjoy!
